  26. I know what <A NAME> is used for. The only thing I suggested was to
  27. instruct a browser to only display part of a whole document. This is
  28. far less destructive than most of Netscape's extensions. I only know
  29. of the font extension for Explorer, and that certainly is quite a
  30. useless idea, considering style sheets.
